Our Story

Nthalpix Technologies LLP was founded in August 2026 with a simple belief — that decades of deep, hands-on expertise in heat exchanger design and thermal engineering could be channelled into something more agile, focused, and responsive than what large organisations typically offer.

Our founders bring years of experience across the heat exchanger industry: designing, optimising, and leading teams across all types of heat exchangers for global leaders in the field. That experience revealed an opportunity — to build a company combining technical depth with the flexibility and personal attention only a specialised, founder-led firm can offer.

Today, Nthalpix operates across five verticals — Software, Engineering, Licensing, Academy, and Marketplace — bringing together proprietary design tools, end-to-end engineering and EPC support, technology licensing, industrial training, and a platform connecting the heat exchanger ecosystem. Together, these allow us to serve the industry not just as designers, but as long-term technology and knowledge partners.

Our name reflects our foundation: enthalpy, the measure of heat energy at the heart of every thermal system we design.

The People Behind It

Dr. Rambir Bhadouriya

Founder & Designated Partner

Dr. Rambir Bhadouriya brings over 24 years of experience in heat exchanger thermal and process design, software development, EPC, and industrial training. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Tech in Thermal Engineering from IIT Delhi, along with a Ph.D. in Heat Transfer from IIT Bombay. He also holds an LLB from Mumbai University, specialising in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Rights — patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

At Nthalpix he leads all Technology Development, overseeing the company’s technical direction, innovation, and engineering capabilities. He specialises in designing and optimising heat exchangers using specialised thermal design tools, CFD, and custom Excel-based programming solutions.

Prior to founding Nthalpix, Dr. Bhadouriya spent over 10 years as Head of Design at Danfoss/Sondex and Kelvion/GEA, where he led teams and projects focused on Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers, Spiral Plate exchangers, Dry Coolers, and Shell & Tube designs.

He is deeply passionate about training and mentoring the next generation of engineers, having served as off-campus faculty at BITS Pilani and developed online video content for L&T EduTech. His work spans R&D and new product development, alongside providing technical support to sales and business teams.

He also serves on the Governing Council and Academic Council of various institutes and universities, contributing to curriculum development and academic governance in engineering education.

Mr. Rajiv Bhadouriya

Co-Founder & Designated Partner

Mr. Rajiv Bhadouriya is a Co-Founder and Designated Partner at Nthalpix, where he leads Business Development. He brings strong relationship-building skills, market insight, and a practical understanding of client needs, playing a key role in driving the company’s growth and expanding its industry partnerships.

At Nthalpix he is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and strengthening the company’s presence across the sectors it serves. His focus on client engagement and strategic outreach complements the technical strengths of the founding team, helping translate engineering expertise into lasting business value.

Mrs. Sarla Bhadouriya

Co-Founder & Designated Partner

Mrs. Sarla Bhadouriya is a Co-Founder & Designated Partner at Nthalpix, where she looks after Administration, with additional oversight of Human Resources. She oversees the day-to-day functioning of the organisation, ensuring that processes, systems, and resources are well coordinated across departments. Her focus on administrative efficiency helps maintain consistency, discipline, and reliability in how the company runs on a daily basis. From managing internal systems and workflows to ensuring smooth cross-functional coordination, she plays a central role in keeping the organisation running smoothly. Her diligent oversight of administrative functions provides a strong operational foundation for the company, and her steady, detail-oriented approach continues to support the organisation’s stability and long-term growth.
